What payment methods do you accept?

 

Payment is currently only available online through PayPal or with store credit if you have earned enough for a purchase. You can also choose to pay cash on delivery if you are an Australian resident only. We now also accept credit card payments via Paymate.

How is my payment processed?

 

When you checkout, you will be prompted to select a payment method. If you select to pay by PayPal, you are then taken to PayPal to login and approve the payment. If you opt to pay with Paymate, you will be taken to Paymate's secure payment page to enter your credit card details.

Is the personal information I enter secure?

 

When we collect personal information from you, your information is protected in our database.

What is PayPal and how do I sign up?

 

PayPal is a popular 3rd party payment provider that stores your payment details on their server, be it credit card, or bank transfer. When you choose to pay by PayPal on any website accepting PayPal as a payment method, rather than having to enter your credit card details, you will be taken to the PayPal website where you can login to your account and make a payment using the payment details you have stored with them. PayPal also lets you setup a bank account so that you can make online payments direct from your bank account if you do not have access to a credit card.

Yes, all prices displayed on our website include GST.

How do I redeem a coupon?

 

Once you have chosen the item you wish to purchase you can proceed to the checkout. During the checkout process, prior to selecting a payment method, there is a field called 'Coupon discount' where you are asked to enter a 'Coupon code'. Enter the code for the coupon in this box and your order value will be reduced by the amount stated on your coupon. Only coupons issued specifically for use in our online store can be utilised in this process.

How long does it take for you to confirm payment?

 

Our policy is not to ship orders until payment can be confirmed. Orders paid by PayPal are you usually confirmed within 1 to 2 business days.

Do you supply a Tax invoice?

 

Yes. All orders are shipped with a Tax invoice

Can the order be changed once it has been submitted?

 

We have streamlined our ordering process to ensure that orders are dispatched without any unnecessary delay. Once your order is submitted it is reviewed and then sent for dispatch. Dispatch usually occurs within 2 days of payment being received.
We can make changes or cancel orders that are yet to be reviewed and approved but not beyond this point. In order to make changes it is important that you contact us asap.

How do I find the product I want?

 

There are several ways to navigate our site. You can select an item from a category such as Sleepwear. On every page we also have a search box so you can enter any search word or term to locate your product.

How do I place an order?

 

Simply follow these steps.
  • Browse for the product you want and navigate to the product page.
  • Enter the quantity in the box provided and select any options that are available then click the 'Add to Cart' button.
  • You can then keep browsing, adding other products the same way until you are finished shopping.
  • When you are ready, click the 'Checkout' link that is shown in the right sidebar below your shopping cart.
  • You will then be prompted for your details and payment method.
  • Once payment is successful, you will receive an email confirming your order and an account will be created automatically for you.
  • We will then followup with an email to confirm shipment of your order.

Can I check my previous orders?

 

Yes. By navigating to the 'My Account' page, you can login and view all previous orders under that account.

What do I do if the item received is not what I ordered?

 

Please lodge a request for help against the order in the 'My Account' page, by following the 'previous orders' link. We will then arrange for the item to be returned and the correct item to be dispatched once the item is returned.

Can I order and pay online but then pickup from a store or your warehouse?

 

Sorry this can not be done. In order to ensure that all customers receive the right product, at the right address, at the right time we do not allow customer pickups.

What is List Price?

 

List price is the RRP (Recommended Retail Price) of the product as indicated by the manufacturers.

Can I purchase the products in your web store, in your retail stores?

 

Can I purchase the products in your web store, in your retail stores? Yes, most of the items available for sale on the website are available in our retail stores. The exception to this is when we have been able to make a purchase from a supplier and we choose to offer a great price via our online store only. You can find your closest store by 'clicking here'.

Can I order an item that is 'Out of Stock'?

 

We make every effort to ensure that we have stock of all items displayed on our web. If there has been high sales volume on a particular item and our suppliers are unable to restock us in a timely manner, the item may be flagged as an 'out of stock' item.
In an effort to ensure that all orders are handled efficiently and accurately, the web store will only allow you to place order for stock that is available in our warehouse. Should an item be marked as out of stock, we encourage you to visit our store again later.

Do you offer 'Bulk' pricing?

 

Yes on certain items we are able to offer discounts on bulk quantity purchases. If an item can be discounted for a bulk quantity purchase, it is indicated on the items description page. Simply purchase the quantity specified and we will process your order at the price indicated.

What is 'My Account'?

 

Your account is where we you can track status of your orders, review past orders, request help and request returns. It is not a credit account of any description and does not allow you to purchase items on credit. You can chose to register an account at anytime or an account is created for you during checkout.

What if I have forgotten my account password?

 

Your password can be emailed to you if you enter your email address on 'this page'.

How do I change my account details?

 

Simply log in to the 'My Account' page and follow the links provided.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

 

No, Australia Post will leave most items at your home or alternatively will leave a notice indicating that the item has been redirected to the nearest Post Office and explain how you can collect it.

How long does dispatch and delivery take?

 

All orders are dispatched within 2 working days after receiving payment. This means we will dispatch your order as soon as payment is confirmed by the payment method provider (eg. PayPal).
 
Once your item is dispatched, delivery time is dependant on where your order is being delivered. Most items sent to Australian addresses will be delivered in 2-5 days from the date of dispatch but may be longer in some areas.

Is there anywhere you don't ship to?

If Australia post won't deliver it, then we can't ship to you unfortunately.
