Returns

Shipping charges on returned items are the customers responsibility.

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds simply because you changed your mind or made a wrong decision. We offer store credit only.

If a product is faulty on arrival we will provide a full refund or credit. If a product becomes faulty during use please contact us with the full details and a photo of the problem and we will take it from there.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your product, please contact us first before sending the product back.

We will exchange the product if the size is wrong or if you simply wish to exchange products. However, all postage and shipping costs are your responsibility, including the cost of returning the item and sending out the new item.
